"Mykonos Theoxenia is wonderful!"
The Mykonos Theoxenia is the best hotel on Mykonos. The hotel is a fabulous "mid-century modern" masterpiece designed by the late Angelos Angelopoulos, a famous greek architect. The hotel was a favorite haunt of Aristotle and Jackie Onassas back in its heydey. The hotel was just refurbished and reopened in 2004 and it is truly special. The Belvedere is a lot more popular, but it is situated up the hill in town, whereas the Theoxenia is on the ocean! Our room had the swimming pool out one window and the Agean Sea out our back patio! The breakfast buffet that was included in our rate was fantastic -we ate all 10 days of our stay. Do not belive the negative review here, I suspect that it is just a malicious post by a competitor hotel. Best of all, it is only a short 5 minute walk to Little Venice and all the shops and restaurants. You will not be disappointed.

"Great Hotel"
I am from Malaysia. i and my hubby went Mykonos for two days. First day we stayed Hotel Theoxenia, second day we stayed Harmony hotel. If really want to compare, Hotel Theoxinia is much better than Harmony. I like the room setting, the Room View, the HOtel setting, The Pool, I like all actually!!! they just give us a bottle of red wine as welcome drink. Strong colour hotel. The location is Excellent!!! just few minutes walk you reach little Venice, town area. lovely small church just beside the hotel. I like it very Much, i hope you can choose there also.

"Awesome place"
Stayed at the Mykonostheoxenia hotel in Mykonos town greece.
What a lovely hotel. I stayed in a deluxe sea view room and can say that it was one of the best rooms that i have ever stayed in. (And i have traveled lots)
This is a very quite hotel in a very peacefull spot and so close to all the hustle and bustle of the town center being just minutes away by foot.
The food (including the breakfast which was fantastic!) was so so good and the staff were ever so friendly and polite but never in your face. Yet whenever you needed something they were always there to help with a very can do attitude.
One of the high lights of the hotel was the splended pool area, very clean,
relaxing with 'Chic' design and actually big enough to swim in!
One really nice thing also about the 'Theoxenia' is the the website, check it out. The reason that i say its nice is because everything that it shows is how it actually looks when you get there! Unlike some hotel web sites that i have visited before only to find when i got there, well it was almost like a different place! Not good.

"Greek Gods would stay here!!!!"
We have just returned from ten days at this beautiful hotel and we were amazed!! We stayed at a superior sea front view room (number 405) very well designed(1960's listed building), very comfortable bed and clean bathroom; the views from the terrace were stunning with amazing sunset and the relaxing sound of the sea filling our room. The hotel is in a very quiet area yet five minutes walking distance from all the hot spots for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The swimming pool area is heaven on earth with confortable sundecks. a large pool and even some cabanas. I can highly recommend this hotel both as somewhere to get away from it all in luxury and as a base for a great holiday on the island.
